Used Goose Acres Diatonic Autoharp Made by Peter Makula in 1997This is a collector's item as the company/Luthier is no longer with us.12 bar G/D diatonicMahogany with Maple accents all around.Innovative lock bars (see photos)The Goose Acres have a very "Hard" old timey sound, very Bright and Loud.There is an almost invisible crack (repaired) across front of string anchor cover (see photos). Crack is in a rather vulnerable spot, so care will be required to keep it whole.No pickup is currently installed.
Comes with great velvet-lined hard case and long handle wrench. Also original Goose Acres Brochure and Manual!Peggy Seeger uses a Goose Acres harp, and can be heard on youtube....you can see and hear her GA harp in a number of videos, it is BLACK.(Consignment DC)
