21 Chord Gold Tone (Chromaharp)

This used instrument  has some interesting plusses that put it a step up from the average chromaharp model!

First off, it's a 21 chord, but it's been re-arranged to the Bryan Bowers layout (see picture).
Further, it has a pickup built in with tone and volume controls.

It was obviously built in the same factory as the Oscar Schmidts, but in Chromaharp configuration, which means A-style bridges which gives more volume.

The strings are anchored by loops on hitchpins, which is how Oscar Schmidt harps were made prior to the B model Style they went with.  The strings are original, and could be changed to newer ones, and we can do that for you if you'd like, before we ship.

The top appears to be Solid Spruce and the back is a Birdseye Maple veneer, just like the OS "Adirondack" model...it even has the same imitation Abilone inlay around the top and soundhole. The tone is bright and loud.

Pretty Snappy looking.  Gold Tone is a brand of folk instruments that seems to make middle quality Banjos, Mandolins, and, well, Autoharps!

We are asking $400 for it, and it's probably worth more than that, given the tone quality.   Great to see the Bryan Bowers 21 bar layout here.
