Set of 12 Buck Lumbert (Diatonic) chord bars in Maple with Red accent felt, but it will probably need new felt.  Here's what you need to know:

Buck Lumbert bars are GREAT...so light to push....they use very light springs (included...but DON"T LOSE THEM) because they are irreplaceable!

Also, you'll want to refelt them right away, because felt notches don't move from autoharp to autoharp....they have to be cut specifically for YOUR harp, ON your harp, so this is a nice project for someone.

BUCK BARS ARE MORE NARROW than any other bars....which means we don't have felt for them!    You should be able to obtain 3/16 by 3/16 felt strips or rolls from DURAFELT company (online) in fairly small quantities, as Buck is no longer in business.

Notice also that TWO of the bars have been routed for lock bar slots, but there is no mechanism.  They will work just fine for regular chord bars, or perhaps you could fill them with maple wood filler.

In the early days, Buck used holes at both ends of his bars, and these are like that.  It's  highly recommended that you use a dremel to cut thru the hole out to one end of the bar to turn it into a slot instead....so you have a hole end and a slot end.

This is the standard configuration for most solid wood chord bars (set up like Oscar Schmidt aluminum chord bars with a hole at one end and a slot at the other.  You would merely be turning one of the holes on each bar into a slot.  It's EASY, you got this!
